Rabindra Kumar Pandey is the Optometric Director and proprietor of Caring Vision Therapy & Neuro-Vision Rehabilitation Centre, Chennai, India. He completed his Bachelor in Optometry and Vision Science from NSHM school of Optometry (B.Optom) and Post-Graduation in Clinical Optometry (M.Optom) from Chitkara School of Health sciences- Chitkara University, Punjab. At present he is pursuing his Ph.D. from CT University, Punjab. He is a Board Certified Fellow of College of Optometrist in vision development-USA. He is also a Fellow of American Academy of Optometry. He is also actively involved with various researches and published many scientific papers in the various international Journals in the field of  Vision Development, Vision Therapy, Neuro Vision Rehabilitation, Traumatic Brain Injury Patients, Primitive Reflexes Integration Therapies and Syntonic Phototherapy and also been invited as a guest speaker at numerous national and international conferences. He also served as a reviewer for  scientific papers in peer reviewed international Journal of COVD, Vision Development & Rehabilitation. He  has been in the full-time practice of Vision Therapy, Vision Development and Vision Rehabilitation for more than 14 years, with special interest and focus in special need populations including Autism, CP, Global Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome etc, and  concussion, stroke & Learning related vision Disorders. He has been an International clinical associate member of COVD, Neuro Optometric Rehabilitation Association (NORA) and the College of Syntonic Optometry (CSO).

Priya Pandey is the Associate-Optometric Director and proprietor of Caring Vision Therapy & Neuro-Vision Rehabilitation Centre, Chennai, India. At Present she is persuing her PH.D. in Vision therapy from Saveetha Medical College & University. She has been also awarded with Prestigious membership of Royal College of Optometrist-London. She is very actively involved in many researches and published many scientific papers in various International Journals in the field of Vision Therapy, Vision Development, Neuro Vision Rehabilitation, Primitive Reflex Integration and Syntonics Phototherapy and also been invited as a guest speaker at numerous conferences. She has been in the full-time practice of Vision Therapy and Vision Rehabilitation for more than 14 years, with special interest in special needs populations including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic brain injuries, and Learning Related Vision Disorders, and contact lenses. She has been an International clinical associate member of College of Optometrists in vision development COVD-(USA),the College Of Syntonics Optometry (CSO) -USA and Neuro Optometric Rehabilitation Association(NORA)-USA. At Present she is also persuing her fellowship in American Academy of Optometry-USA.
